Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how HoneyPower ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects the information you provide when you visit this website or purchase our products.
Information We Collect
We collect information you voluntarily provide when placing an order or contacting us, including your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number, and payment information. Payment details are processed securely by Wellness Support Center, our merchant services provider, and are not stored on our servers. We also automatically collect limited technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, using cookies and similar technologies.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to process and fulfill your orders, provide customer support, send order confirmations and shipping updates, respond to inquiries, improve our website and products, and, where you have opted in, send promotional communications. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link.
How We Share Your Information
We share information only as needed to operate our business: with Wellness Support Center, our merchant services provider, to process payments, with shipping and fulfillment partners to deliver your order, and with service providers who support our website and customer service. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.
Text Messaging (SMS)
If you opt in to text messages at checkout, we use your mobile number only to send the order updates and offers you agreed to receive from Wellness Support Center. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help at any time.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party. This applies regardless of anything else in this policy. We share mobile numbers only with the service providers that deliver our text messages on our behalf.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies to remember your preferences, analyze traffic, and support marketing. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features of the site may not function properly as a result.
Data Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected].
Children's Privacy
Our products and website are intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Anti-Spam Policy
In order to serve our customers, we collect personally identifiable information, like names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, IP addresses, and any notes or testimonials or comments that you provide to us or on our websites, and sometimes credit card information when such information is voluntarily submitted by our visitors.
We will only use your personal information for the following purposes: to operate, improve, or promote our services; to provide customer service or support; to market our products and services through email marketing, SMS marketing, advertising — including retargeting via Google, Facebook, and similar companies — and notifications; to perform accounting, administrative, and legal tasks; to process payments; to help prevent fraud; to help diagnose problems with our servers and software; to gather broad demographic information; and to offer you products and services; to deliver the products and/or services to you that you have requested; to validate your compliance with the terms and conditions; for content improvement and feedback purposes; to contact you, when necessary, regarding your use of the website or product(s).
We will NEVER share your personally identifiable information with third parties unless you have given us explicit permission to do so, such as in order to fulfill a third party offer that you have accepted from us. By permitting us to collect this information, you will be able to receive information on other products and services that may be of interest to you, including related third-party offers that we may send to you.
By submitting your email address on this website, you agree to receive email from us. You can cancel your participation in any of these email lists at any time by clicking the opt-out link or other unsubscribe option that is included in each respective email. We only send emails to people who have authorized us to contact them and purchased products from us, either directly or through a third party. We do not send unsolicited commercial emails, because we hate spam as much as you do.
